Share what helps us understand the campaign.

The enquiry form asks for a reply email and campaign goal. Name and brand are optional. You can also share:

• Your campaign goal and any useful background
• Your audience, offer or message, and requested social channels
• Timing, brand voice, available content or assets, and reporting needs
• Social accounts or platform access needed for the work

02 · How details are used

One request, kept together as the work takes shape.

Submitted details are saved to a private staff dossier. Rallywren staff use the brief to review the request, define a proposed scope, prepare quote versions, and manage an accepted campaign job.

When staff choose Generate from saved brief, the saved campaign details are sent to Rallywren’s AI drafting service to produce editable planning and social copy drafts. Staff can review, edit, and save those drafts in the dossier. Generation does not publish or deliver them.

03 · Quotes and jobs

Your confirmed terms stay with the quote version.

Each quote shows its scope, price and currency, timing, payment terms and instructions, and cancellation terms. Accepting records your agreement to that exact version; it does not take payment or mark the work as delivered. If accepted, the private job view keeps the same version’s terms alongside progress, messages, and delivery history.

04 · Private links

Keep quote and job links to the people who need them.

Quote and accepted-job pages open from their private links and do not require an account. Anyone with the complete link may be able to view the details on that page, so share it only with people you intend to include.
